We're seeking a versatile Virtual Assistant to support a digital marketing agency and help launch two new digital businesses. The role combines administrative tasks, marketing operations, and project coordination. You’ll assist with email list building, creating marketing assets, and coordinating with freelancers. This position has the opportunity to make a direct impact to Intuitive US Hospital Marketing initiatives that drive adoption of da Vinci Surgery among customers. The Marketing Manager will develop and implement key programs, materials, and support our marketing and sales teams to provide support to hospital executives/marketing teams as they educate their patient and referring physician communities on the value of da Vinci surgery.
